Is Bad Customer Service Killing Your Business?

It's time to beat the old bad customer service drum again. I know, I'm sick of beating the drum, too, but as long as bad customer service runs rampant through so many businesses I feel it is my entrepreneurial duty to bring it to your attention. So grab a pew and prepare to listen to the sermon I've preached before: bad customer service is the bane of business. If the Almighty smote down every business that dispenses bad customer service, the world would be a much friendlier, albeit much sparser place. Consider a world without malls and fast food joints… would it really be so bad?

What puzzles me most is if bad customer service is such a death knell for business, why do so many businesses allow it to go on? Don't they read my column, for Pete's sake? I think the problem is that most bad customer service is doled out (or at least condoned) by business owners and managers who have ceased caring what their customers think. When you stop caring what your customers think it's time to close the doors. Go find a day job. You'll make someone a wonderfully disgruntled employee.

My latest parable of lousy customer service was actually experienced by my better half while attempting to buy my daughter a pair of basketball shoes. I won't mention the name of the sporting goods chain store in which the bad customer service took place, but I will tell you that its name is similar to the sound a frog with hiccups might make.

As my wife waited for someone to assit, the four or five teenagers who had been charged with manning the store stood in a clump at the cash register giggling and flirting with one another as if they were at the prom instead of at work.

When my wife pointed out this fact, one of the employees, a cheeky lass of 16 or so, put her hands on her hips and said, "How rude!" The males in the group didn't react at all. They were too busy arguing over who could take a break so they could chase other cheeky lasses about the mall.

Needless to say my lovely bride, who has the ability to instill fear into the hearts of even the most worthless employees, left the gaggle of giggling teen idiots standing with their mouths open in disbelief. How dare a customer tell them to do that with a pair of basketball shoes?

As much as I bemoan bad customer service I celebrate good customer service. It should be applauded and the purveyor of said good customer service should be rewarded for actually delivering satisfaction to the customer, above and beyond the call of duty.

So let me tell you the story of my new hero, Ken. I won't tell you the name of the store in which Ken works, but let's just say they started out selling radios in a shack somewhere long, long ago.

I first met Ken when I went into the store to buy a mixing board for my business that records audio products for the Web. In a nutshell, you plug microphones into the mixing board then connect it to the computer and you can record audio directly to digital format. Totally beside the point of this article, but I didn't want you thinking that I was purchasing non-manly cooking utensils.

When I got the mixer installed it didn't work. So I boxed it up and headed back to the store to return it. When I told Ken my problem he didn't just grunt and give me my money back as so many bad customer service reps would do. Instead he asked, "Do you mind if I try it?"

"Knock yourself out," was my reply, confident that if I couldn't get it to work, neither could Ken. Ken took the mixer out of the box and went about hooking it up to one of the computers on display. He started pulling power cords and cables off the display racks and ripping them open and plugging them in. He tore open a new microphone and an adapter and kept going until he had the mixer hooked up and working. Yes, I said working. It turns out the mixer was fine. I just had the wrong power adapter.

Ken could have just given me my money back and been done with me. Instead he spent 15 minutes and opened a number of other packages that I was under no obligation to buy just to help me get the thing working.

I was so impressed that I not only kept the mixing board, I also bought another $50 worth of products. And the next time I need anything electronic guess where I will buy it? Even if it costs twice as much, I'll buy it from Ken.

Now here's the moral of the story: if you are a business owner who has a gaggle of teenagers in charge of customer service at your store you would be better off replacing them with wild monkeys.

At least monkeys can be trained.

Personalized stationery - why it is important for a start up business

Nowadays, everyone prefers to use electronic and telephonic correspondence in the form of an email or a phone call as it is very convenient for sending messages. This is a quick, fast and easy means of communication; but it is rather impersonal and lacks the appeal of a personalized letter. So, with the intention of using personalized stationery to give a personal appeal to one’s business, the internet has revitalized the concept of personalized stationery.

The importance of personalized stationery for a start up business should never be underestimated. This is because we use all sorts of stationery to serve different purposes in the business, ranging from personal notes to corporate business cards. Personalized business stationery in fact includes business cards of the business, envelopes, letterheads, signs, external business forms like invoices, receipts and purchase orders, internal business forms like inventory forms, pull orders, memos and supply requests, thank you note cards, place cards, sympathy cards and gift tag stickers. We hand over this stationery to prospective clients for many purposes every working day, like for placing orders, introductions, and maybe for pure correspondence. So this stationery should always look attractive as it is the stationery that is representing us, and giving the client an idea of who we are. The stationery can in fact, be termed a great marketing tool while giving us our own unique identity which is both distinct, and one-of-a-kind.

You can use personalized stationery for both your start-up business usage or for your own usage, and thus reap the advantages of letting the recipient of your letter or card feel more special and appreciated. It is through the personalized stationery that the receiver of the stationery believes that you remembered him, and that he is thought of more than just another face in the crowd. So if you do plan to make some personalized stationery, there are hundreds of companies, both online and offline, that offer personalized stationery at inexpensive and affordable rates. They usually print also personalized cards for businesses, special occasions, anniversaries, weddings and other celebrations as well, besides your simple business letter heads and envelopes.

It is through personalized stationery that a small start up business reflects what their organization is all about, its value and standards. In fact, through personalized office stationery, you can very well make your corporate identity a unique brand. Not only does personalized stationery identify you in the market place; it also gives the business a chance to promote itself by using the right colors, fonts and quality of paper in the personalized stationery.

Personalized stationery is comparatively expensive to stationery that is designed using templates. However, it is worth investing this extra money in the stationery as they help to express and advertise your business in a unique manner. With the copyright feature of the company logo, one can also enable the company to exclusively promote their stationery to the general public and other business industries, with this logo. The basic cost of the stationery is dependant on a few factors like the quantity of stationery required, because the more you order, the more discount you get. The cost for the stationery is more if you use up-to-date software that produces high quality designs and templates for the personalized stationery. Of course, hiring a designer to print the stationery too increases the cost for printing the stationery. However, although a highly experienced designer costs more, they can very well produce eye-catching stationery for you. And of course, the actual printing of the personalized stationery also has different costs associated with it. The type of print used, and its quality determines the cost of the stationery.

So for most start-up businesses, the cost of personalized stationery, and it’s benefits go hand in hand to create a feasible and manageable importance amongst them.

The Cafepress idea of gifts and home business.

Birthday coming up? Graduation party? Holiday coming up and no time to go shopping for gifts? Looking for something different and personal? Try Cafepress.com -- with its huge selection of highly customizable and unique gift ideas shipped directly from the web store to any address in the world! You have two options when you use cafepress. First, you may select from literally thousands of designs -- photos, logos, images, illustration, cartoons, paintings, you name it, created by artists from around the world. When you find the design you like you can browse a number of products the artist has printed the design on -- t-shirts, sweatshirts, jerseys, intimates, baseball cups and many many more... including to house wares, office products, cards, stickers, etc. The list is truly endless and you can use the internal cafepress engine to search the designs using tag words or sentences.

The second option is probably the most interesting and unique opportunity to create something special. Through their create & buy service, Cafepress allows you to upload your own designs, decorate your own products and eventually buy or send them to friends. The process of setting up a “store” is quite simple as long as you follow some very clear and logical instructions in order to upload your digital content, select the products you want to feature, and finally price and buy them. At the end you will be given a web page in the cafepress server where the products you have chosen are listed. Most important this simple process is free! You only pay for the final products you buy and you can even wait a few weeks before you make up your mind. No one will rush or pressure you to make a purchase. Why? Because the products you created do not exist until you buy them. The process is on demand and unless there is a customer there is no printing, no inventory and no product.

But you don't only have to be a customer. The whole beauty of cafepress is that you have the option to make your store public, in other words make it available for others to see your product creations and buy from you. Public designs are added to the search engine and can be viewed by all the people visiting the Cafepress site and possibly bought. Cafepress even gives you the option to choose what percentage of profit you would like to make on a product and makes arrangements of how and when you would like to get paid. You can go even a step further and sign up for what they call a “premium shop” where you can further customize your shop appearance, introduce sections to your shop and play with the HTML code of your page. Though this costs a few dollars per month is really worth it if you are looking to make a business out of your designs. There are a few rules and restrictions -- obviously you can’t sell trademarked or copywriten ideas, but overall there are no limitations to what you can upload and print. Recently cafepress introduced additional products and services. Though the traditional promotional products like t-shirts, apparel, mugs etc. are the main core of the business, the company is now venturing into the publishing business introducing print in demand services where new and unpublished writers can see their books published and musicians and performing artists may have their work offered in CDs and DVDs.

So are you simply looking to buy some unique gifts or are you planning to build your own Name Brand Empire? The key is to be realistic. There have been several “shops” earning a respectable amount of cash though their products other “shops” enjoy limited exposure and very few or no sales at all. You see, this is the Internet and like anything else in order to generate sales you need to get traffic to your site. For example, there are hundreds of designs showcasing the flag of the USA. At the time this article was being written, the tag/keyword “USA flag” brings up 8920 designs a total of 170.000 products. You can see how your product can be lost in the crowd. The internal search engine has its own rules and if you have joined Cafepress recently, tagged your design with wrong tags or made no sales then your USA flag design is probably sitting at the bottom of the list and won’t bee seen. If your design is number 1000th on the list, it's likely it will never be visited -- no one goes that deep. There are several ways to work around that -- submit your page in the search engines yourself or even generate your own traffic by exchanging links with other shopkeepers. These solutions normally take time, effort and money to accomplish any significant sales. The best way to overcome these growing pains and generate the desirable traffic to your shop is by visiting the cafepress forums and learning from the experiences of the other “shopkeepers.” See what they are doing and follow their footsteps. Who knows -- one day you might be walking in the street and see a complete stranger wearing one of your t-shirts!

Do You Have What It Takes To Run A Home Based Business? (part Two)

In order to start a home based business you need to have an entrepreneurial spirit and you also need to be a self-starter. If you like to procrastinate and have to be coaxed and prodded to get your work done at your day job, then you probably do not have the discipline to start and run your own business from home.

According to experts, in order to successfully run a home based business you need to have what is referred to as the "completion gene." In other words you have to be industrious when it comes to getting started with your home based business but you also have to have enough stamina and persistence to keep it going. When you first start out with your business you are heady and excited and completely "up" for the challenge but will you still have the same enthusiasm and vitality in a year's time, or two years, or three? As well there are bound to be hard times when it comes to your business. Are you prepared to deal with those? If yes then you are likely on the right track. If not then perhaps you should stick with your nine to five job for the time being.

While breaks are important, too many breaks and too much down time is likely to make you look unreliable in the eyes of clients and this will cause you to lose business. If you cannot do work and deliver it on time then this will be a hindrance to the development of your business. It is extremely important when you start a home based business to set realistic goals for yourself and re-evaluate them as needed and to devise a routine for yourself that works. Schedule time to work as opposed to doing it haphazardly and fitting an hour or two in here and there around grocery shopping, laundry and picking up the kids from school. Always take the time to review what your priorities are and if something is not working then figure out why and attempt to look at it another way.

Be aware that financial responsibilities are completely on the shoulders of a home business owner and when you do not work for a day or two or a week or two, there is no money coming in which can be burdensome to many. Self-employed individuals do not enjoy vacation pay, holiday pay or paid sick days. As well self-employed people must bear the brunt of such things as health insurance, life insurance, retirement savings, cost of childcare and so on.

While self-employed people are entitled to some breaks on taxes it is usually not enough to offset the extra cost of other expenses. Both Medicare taxes as well as Social Security taxes must be paid in full by the home business owner and these two things alone amount to approximately 15 percent of an individual's income. As well there is also federal income tax to think about and local taxes. In some cases self-employed people may have a spouse who is covered for health and life insurance through their place of work but some people do not enjoy these benefits.

Be aware that many financial institutions will not lend to home based business owners because they consider it too much of a risk to do so. In fact some banks need to see proof that a self-employed person has successfully run a home based business for a period of two years before they will even look at a loan application.

Reforming How Businesses Are Taxed

Tax reform is a lot like the weather-everyone talks about it but no one seems to do anything about it. Incoming Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson could change that by focusing on the need for corporate tax reform.

Congress should not ignore the tax rules governing individuals, but modernizing America's business tax system is critical to promoting growth, creating jobs and narrowing the budget deficit. In deciding how best to proceed, Secretary Paulson and Congress must recognize four things.

First, America's Tax System Must Be Competitive. Every day we make choices based on cost: If gasoline is selling for 10 cents less on the left-hand side of the street than on the right, few of us turn right to fill up the car. Similarly with taxes: They are a cost that a business rightly considers as it locates new plants, creates distribution networks and hires workers. Taxes are not the only or most important cost to be considered, but they do matter. The U.S. system must change to remain competitive.

Second, Tax Rates Matter. A critical aspect of tax competition is the tax rate. Regrettably, while individual rates have been reduced, the corporate rate has remained unchanged since the 1990s.

In contrast, lowering tax rates has become the rule of the day in Europe. Significantly, lower rates do not mean lower revenues. Economist Martin Sullivan of the independent publication Tax Notes has confirmed that tax rate reductions in European countries have led to increased tax revenues. Moreover, a recent study of more than 70 countries by the American Enterprise Institute strongly links lower corporate rates with higher wages. Corporate tax reductions should do the same here.

Third, The Tax Base Matters, Too. The amount of revenues raised by a tax system is the product of the tax rate and the tax base. While some incentives-such as those for research and education-have wide support, a growing consensus favors lower rates and a broader tax base to reduce complexity, ease tax administration and minimize the government's role in picking "winners" and "losers."

Fourth, Complexity Matters. A primary advantage of lowering taxes through a rate reduction is that such a system is much easier to construct and, hence, simpler for taxpayers to follow. Simple is good, because complexity represents a daunting, hidden tax on American business. The Tax Foundation estimated that in 2005 it cost taxpayers $265 billion to comply with federal income tax laws, with business's share being a staggering 55 percent.

It is time to embrace corporate tax reform in order to promote growth, create jobs and reduce the trade and budget deficits.

Michael P. Boyle is President of Tax Executives Institute, an organization of more than 6,000 corporate tax professionals.

Pitfall Performance: The Biggest Pitfalls For The Home Business

Joe hated his job. Nothing would make him happier than walking into his boss's office and simply saying, "I quit!" before he walked out the door at the end of the day. But Joe couldn't quit his job. After all, he liked to eat. After some soul searching and brain storming, Joe came up with the perfect idea for a home business. So he started the ball rolling, walked into his boss's office, and joyfully proclaimed those words he dreamed about for so long: "I quit!" With his dream in his head and his heart full of hope, Joe will begin the same journey that so many home business owners begin. He must be aware, however, of the various pitfalls that await him in his journey.

Home business owners must first of all understand finance. The vast majority of business men and women will tell us that to make money we need money. However, this myth has led many into the path of financial destruction, with unpaid and defaulted loans along with broken lives. The first mistake that many home business owners make revolve around their personal finances: they borrow start up money for a pipe dream. Thus the first dollar they make really isn't theirs. It's their lenders. They begin treading water in a pool of debt instead of building a mountain of wealth.

While home business ownership offers flexible hours, it does mean that the individual has the option of not working. Quite simply, many home businesses fail because of sheer laziness and lack of discipline. A home business owner must understand the need to keep regular hours and to work just as diligently if not more diligently on this job than he has on any other. He is working for himself now, and while he cannot fire himself for poor work habits, he can simply watch his company collapse while he's at the beach catching some waves or fishing in a lake with his buddies.

A great idea, start up money, and some discipline will get a home business owner a long ways. He will have the drive to do well, the finances to back it, and the great idea to sell. However, home businesses with all of these elements in place can still fail due to another major pitfall: poor marketing. Many home business owners do not own a business degree. Thus they never took a class in marketing or advertising, and they do not understand how to properly market their product. After all, shouldn't a good product sell itself? Why market? Why advertise? A great marketing teacher will explain the need to market even the best product well. Others will not know about the product without great marketing, and even a marginal product can do well with excellent marketing techniques. Those beginning their own business can improve their business even more with just some basic marketing guides. Guerilla Marketing has proven to be a great help to those first starting a business.

Finally, with drive, start up money, discipline, and marketing in place, the home business fails in one other aspect if the owner does not have the necessary experience: taxes. Home businesses have the potential to generate a substantial income, but the home business owner who came from the corporate world typically has no experience in doing the taxes for another business. Many think they can do their own taxes, but they fail to recognize important deductions and tax laws, and thus they should consider the value of a Certified Public Accountant.

Home business ownership is a scary and exciting venture. Those who take that path in life must be fully aware of the dangers that lie ahead so they know where to guide their business.

5 Steps to Success in the Private Label Water Business - Affiliate Program Success for Profits and Wealth

The private label bottled drinking water is a growth industry with double digit growth and profit opportunities for the entrepreneur. But like most opportunities care must be taken to seek out and exploit the most profitable niche in the market.

A recent market study examined the growth and potential of the market for bottled water and concluded:

"The bottled water industry grew about 10% in 2005, while carbonated soft drinks revenue is essentially flat," says Gary Hemphill, marketing director of BMC. "There are a couple of things driving the market—sure, people like to have a tap water substitution, but it's really driven by people's demands for a healthier alternative to the wide array of beverages on the market."

Private label water is the fastest growing segment of the overall bottled water market and its future growth is considered by many to be “explosive”. .

Private label water combines the purity of refreshing drinking water with consumable advertising that is designed to an individual customer’s specification. The water is popular and the branding message, if designed properly, serves to promote business.

Almost every company in the United States can benefit from private label water with a custom branding message. The opportunities are huge, the market is largely untapped and the private label product is viewed by customers as a cost effective, power way to promote a brand message.

The bottled water industry consists of a number of interrelated parts including research and development, manufacturing, marketing and sales. Much of the business model however, requires significant amounts of capital and has high barriers to entry for most entrepreneurs.

Nevertheless, with the advent of the internet and e-commerce, an aggressive sales focused entrepreneur can develop a substantial profitable private label business through affiliate programs .

What Are Affiliate Programs?

Affiliate programs are revenue sharing programs between an entrepreneur and a company that manufactures and sells a product or service. Affiliates are rewarded with referral payments for sending customers to the manufacturer’s Web site. The process works as follows:

• The affiliate place links on its site to a particular manufacturer’s Web site.

• When a visitor clicks on the link and makes a purchase the affiliate earns a referral fee that is a percentage of the total sale.

• The best manufacturer sites have automatic payment mechanisms and real time accounting.

But an efficient affiliate site requires planning and work. Many affiliates believe they will be able to just put up a Web site, establish some affiliate links and sit back and wait for streams of cash to start coming in. Care must be taken however to be truly successful. Consider the following:

• What type of Web site should you have to make money through affiliate programs?

• What are the best programs for your site?

• How will you effectively market your site and the underlying product?

• How can you find niche markets?

Similar to other facets of developing a home business, careful planning is needed to map out a profitable strategy for building a home based business using affiliate programs - a strategy that will allow you to build income through content in a sustainable, month after month way.

The issue is – what are the steps required to develop an income producing web site using affiliate programs that generate consistent, substantial revenue?

Tip Number 1: Align With a Manufacturer That Produces A Quality Product With Unique Features and Manages a Robust Affiliate Program.

As any good sales person will tell you, a high quality product is mandatory for sales success. Look for a company that manufactures (resellers add little value) a quality product that is recognized as different in the marketplace. There are many types of water in the market but purified water is clearly recognized as the highest quality.

After identifying a manufacturer with a quality product offering, chose one with a robust, profitable affiliate program. This should include at a minimum:

• commitment to affiliate success

• commission plans that are substantial

• a website that allows for easy ordering and accrual and payment of commissions

• support for marketing, selling and booking of orders

Tip Number 2: Identify a Niche Market and Create a Plan to Penetrate That Niche Deeply

Avoid the tendency to mass market and “shoot at the flock”. Mass marketing is beyod the scope of most companies and entrepreneurs. There are many profitable niche markets that have significant growth potential. Identify a niche market, understand the buying patterns of that niche and penetrate the market. It takes time and work but done right this effort is very profitable.

Some examples of niche markets: hotels (small and large), health spas, golf courses, gyms, car dealerships, organizations and health clubs to name a few. Almost any organization is interested in promoting their brand and brand message in a cost effective way.

Tip Number 3: Create an Eye Catching Website With a link to The Manufacturer

One of the advantages of an affiliate program is that profitable business can be developed with only a nominal investment. Given today’s technical level of internet development expertise, creation of an attractive web site is easy and cost effective. The critical part of the website however is the creation of a focused message presented in an attractive manner.

Following the creation of the site, establish a banner link with the chosen manufacturing partner that will direct affiliate inquires to the site for order creation and booking of the affiliate commission.

The manufacturer’s site must be able to design and produce labels, provide powerful e-commerce facilities for order booking and shipment and include a facility for the booking and payment of commissions to the affiliate.

Tip Number 4: Create and Implement a Sales Strategy

A clear sales strategy is the most effective path to success and profits in the private label business. Identify in writing the target niche, strategy to penetrate that niche, buying patterns, target prospects and communication material (sales collateral) and tactics to sell targeted prospects. Then implement the strategy in an organized manner and make adjustments to the strategy as conditions change. Remember the old sales adage “Always Be Closing”.

Tip Number 5: Follow Up on All Orders and Provide Feedback to Customers

As part of any effective sales effort, follow up and feedback with and to customers is critical to maintaining good customer service and obtaining repeat orders. One of the most powerful aspects of private label water sales is that happy customers tend to be repeat customers. Creation of a long customer list with satisfied customers will generate a steady stream of repeat orders and significant cash flow.

Doing Business In Asia: Don’t Reinvent The Wheel, Model What Works

One successful business attracting the admiration of people in Southeast Asia, if not the whole of Asia, may be Air Asia, the no-frills budget airlines revolutionsing air travel for millions in this region. Founder and former accountant Tony Fernandes went on a trip to the UK, came across the concept of budget airlines, and considered it, he says, a “no brainer”.

And so he started Air Asia, by providing a seat on a plane for any person at minimal prices, and basing the company in Malaysia, between China and India and Indonesia (3 of the 4 most populous nations on this planet.

As the slogan of his budget airlines puts it, “Now Everyone Can Fly”. More importantly for the entrepeneurs’ perspective, by always selling enough tickets to his planes and acquiring his first plane for a dollar from Malaysian Airlines, he says Air Asia has made money from day one.

Air Asia may serve as a template for anyone wishing to do business in this region. A number of lessons can be drawn from this.

In particular, Air Asia is one of many examples one may notice that simply re-models the product or service of another company in the likes of the UK or the US, and brings it to the Asian region where such a business has yet to be provided. Air Asia brought in no-frills aviation personnel with the relevant experience from Europe, and let them provide the expertise and details for effecting what is a proven formula somewhere else.

As some may put it, don’t reinvent the wheel.

That is not to say quite a bit of adaption needs to be done in the local market. Tony himself has said he had to go all the way to the Prime Minister of Malaysia of the day to lobby for liberalisation of aviation routes away from the national carrier, Malaysia Airlines. The right destinations still had to be chosen and Air Asia had to concede control of its Indonesia and Thailand subsidiaries to Indonesian and Thai nationals respectively to obtain landing rights in these countries and to comply with local laws. Not the kind of issues prevalent in Europe perhaps.

But besides admiring Air Asia as vibrant business that is not only making money but is changing the way people lead their lives in this region, the lesson to learn regarding doing business in this region may simply be this: don’t reinvent the wheel, just use what works. A degree of adaptation may be required to make the business work in its local environment, but essentially someone has made most of the mistakes for you somewhere else, and human needs and wants worldwide are all the same.

Air Asia may win your admiration, but it could even teach one a lesson or two about making your business work.

The changing face of self made business

How does “young, dresses casually, rich” sound to you? Even to a casual observer it is perfectly clear that today’s entrepreneurial environment has changed a lot over the past 20 years. At the age of 25, a young person can very well be manager of his/her own company or, if the person is not inclined to put up with the hassle and risk of running a company, a highly paid partner belonging to a high-powered affiliate marketing program.

Affiliate marketing is shaping the way in which people earn money over the internet. The perks of working in affiliate marketing are huge. The pace of your online earnings is governed solely on the effort you are willing to put into the business, and best of all you don’t have to go to the office. Thanks to wireless Internet connections, you can work and promote online from anywhere. You feel like going to the beach for the day? Go ahead and do it! You don’t need to call in sick, you don’t have to wrestle a day off from your boss. You simply pack up your laptop and set up shop on the beach, at a sidewalk cafĂ©, a rooftop or anywhere you feel like.

Ben Lloyd, Affiliate Manager from leading affiliate program MoreNiche says:
“Affiliate marketing really takes full advantage of the Internet’s infrastructure. Anyone can target ANY market, from any location with an internet connection. With a little research and dedication, anyone can make money online. When you’re grossing 50k per month promoting online, why not make the beach your office? To get to the 50k mark you don’t need experience so much as a willingness to learn and put some effort into your work.”

And it gets even better than this:
“MoreNiche provides everything to affiliates. We give them the product, the means to sell and the customer support, so that affiliates can focus on making the sale. There has never been a better opportunity to earn so much money online with so little risk. All our affiliates have to do is direct internet traffic to us, and they are paid up to $175 for the sales made. Earning money online doesn’t get any simpler nor easier”, said Ben Lloyd.

Work At Home Business Opportunity

When to go with a work at home business opportunity

Most of us want to be able to work at home simply because the freedom is there to be able to do what you want with your life. You can finally stop doing things to try to please other people, and you can simply start living your own life in order to please yourself. This is something that a lot of people really strive for, and it can be something that you try to do as well. However, the question is often when is starting a work fat home business opportunity good for you and your family?

While a work at home business opportunity might sound like something you want to start doing right away, you have to keep in mind that no matter how long you have been doing what you do, and no matter how much money you are making doing what you do, switching form your job to a work at home business opportunity is going to be starting at the beginning again. This means that for awhile you’ll be making less money than you are used to, and so you have to be prepared to take a little bit of a pay cut when you start a work at home business opportunity. This is going to mean that you want to wait until your family is at place where they have some savings, and where you can afford to take a little bit of time and live on your savings while your work at home business opportunity takes off and ends up making you money.

There is something else that you have to keep in mind before you start a work at home business opportunity, and that is experience. If you are going to go with a work at home business opportunity that requires you to do the thing that you are doing now, such as your own photography business if you are currently a photographer for someone else, you want to wait until you have enough experience to go it on your own. You need to be able to have a great portfolio that is full of things that you can show off, and you have to be sure that you have enough experience in how the world that you are working in is run, so that you can do it yourself. You also want to see if you can get some clients to come with you, no matter what you decide to do form home.

Remember, going with a work at home business opportunity can be very stressful, so be sure to pick a time in your life where there is nothing else that is going to be stressful, such as a new baby or a new marriage. The best work at home business opportunity will work out better if you start it at a time where everything about your life is ready for it.
